If you’re old enough to remember Agent 99 and her counterpart Maxwell Smart from the great secret agent spy comedy “Get Smart”, you might think they were way ahead of their time! It was the 1960’s and yes, I watched re-runs, I was not alive during the filming. I remember being fascinated by all their cool secret gadgets such as the shoe phone or the two way tooth radio. It was so far-fetched it was incredibly engaging.
But now, look at what we’re doing in our actual 2021 reality! Check out these engineering marvels from the folks at Interesting Engineering. These are robotic masterpieces! This is ‘Get Smart’ level fascinating and also quite intriguing for potential uses. Rovers, guardbots, and humanoid leaping robots. George Jetson knew what was coming!
With all of this unprecedented technology in our midst, doesn’t it make sense to protect it?
